How to Track Your Package
- Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visit 17track.net.
- Enter your tracking number and click Track.
- Select your destination country if prompted.
Tracking Tips
- Tracking information typically activates 1–3 business days after your shipping notification.
- International parcels may show gaps in tracking while clearing customs — this is normal.
- If tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, please contact us.
Did Not Receive a Tracking Number?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@arcane-bloom.com with your order number.
Package Not Arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipment date, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please reach out via our Contact Us page.
