How to Track Your Package

  1. Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Visit 17track.net.
  3. Enter your tracking number and click Track.
  4. Select your destination country if prompted.

Tracking Tips

  • Tracking information typically activates 1–3 business days after your shipping notification.
  • International parcels may show gaps in tracking while clearing customs — this is normal.
  • If tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, please contact us.

Did Not Receive a Tracking Number?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@arcane-bloom.com with your order number.

Package Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipment date, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please reach out via our Contact Us page.
